    Loved your recent article on Social Media Lessons. It was so well-written and insightful–the words of a true expert. You had a great point about companies understanding how social media works and having a plan.

    I’m with Julie – I’m one of your “fans” also! My husband, Dane and I just started a “competitve” health/fitness regiment. This competion is based on: decreased BMI, muscle tone and weight loss or as Dane puts it, “Who’ll have the most rock solid abs for Summer 2011″. He has never really worked-out and I haven’t in over four years. I’d rather die than to get whipped by him!!!!! He’s walking 5-miles daily, cutting out the beer. As for me – Pilates (daily) and five small meals daily. I’ll keep you posted.

    I love what you’re doing! Keep up the great work!

    Damaris, thanks so much for commenting. You are doing the right things – eating less, exercising more. And check back soon; I’m going to start reviewing some workout DVDs. I’ll let you know what the good ones are, including some Pilates workouts.
